James F. Newth has 42 years of experience practicing Family, Divorce, Child Custody, Modifications, Enforcements, Prenuptionals; Criminal, Federal and State, Felonies and Misdemeanors; Civil, Personal Injury, Contracts and Wills in the North Texas area. With his history of practice in Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collins, and surrounding counties, James has experience with many of the judges in the North Texas legal system.

James obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1968 and began practicing in Arkansas for two years before establishing his current practice in the Dallas area in 1970. He is currently licensed to practice in the Federal Courts in the Northern District of Texas, Arizona, 5th Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
